Where does Cécred ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items.
Are Cécred products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all our formulas are specifically engineered to be safe for color-treated, chemically processed, and all hair textures. We prioritize strengthening the hair fiber while maintaining vibrant color.
Does Cécred test on animals?
Absolutely not. Cécred is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
How can I track my order?
